Who we are

Fuxi Energy is a Geoharbour Group subsidiary based in Songjiang, Shanghai. Established in August 2023, the company designs and manufactures electrical power subsystems and related hardware for commercial aerospace. The public site uses the English company name Shanghai Fuxi Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Buyers should confirm the contracting entity and registered details in the quotation and contract.

From cells to a spacecraft power subsystem

The product portfolio includes coverglass interconnected cells (CIC), GaAs and perovskite solar arrays, lithium-ion battery packs, power control and distribution units (PCDUs), solid-state cells and supporting mechanisms, sensors and antennas. Supply can cover selected components or a coordinated subsystem; the actual boundary, interfaces and deliverables must be agreed for each mission.

Engineering and manufacturing

The company profile describes a 6,500 m² site with 4,000 m² of Class 10,000 clean rooms, a space-grade perovskite cell line and a flexible solar-array assembly line. Listed equipment includes coating and patterning tools, thermal-vacuum chambers and solar simulators. These published capabilities support discussions of manufacturing and test plans; ask for the facilities and procedures applicable to the selected product.

Read flight heritage by mission and supplied hardware

Company materials report support for 25 satellites as of July 2026 and more than 60 product sets in orbit. These are different measures. The public flight log also includes upper stages, so counting log rows does not reproduce the satellite total. Review the mission date, supplied hardware and available operating data instead of treating a company-wide total as qualification of every product.

Quality systems and certificate scope

The company lists GJB9001 and ISO 9001 quality systems. Separately, the group's Jinghao New Energy platform reports TÜV Rheinland IEC TS 63163:2021 Class 1–3 certification for specified flexible perovskite modules in consumer-product applications. This module certification does not replace radiation, vacuum or mission-specific spacecraft qualification. Confirm the certificate holder, product model, standard edition and validity before using any certificate in a procurement review.
