How to prepare a technical inquiry for a spacecraft power system

Article language: English

Choose the request type

State whether you need a datasheet, a sample, a component quotation or a complete electrical power subsystem study. Name the product family and any existing model or drawing reference. If the architecture is not yet fixed, describe the mission objective and identify the decisions you need help evaluating.

Provide the mission and power budget

Include the platform, orbit or altitude, mission life and operating schedule. State nominal bus voltage, average load, peak load and peak duration, eclipse duration and any duty cycles. Mark values that are preliminary and include units. A simple load table with operating modes is more useful than an unspecified request for high power or long endurance.

Describe the physical and electrical interfaces

Provide available mass and volume, stowed and deployed dimensions, mounting locations and any keep-out zones. Describe connectors, communication protocols, telemetry and command needs, distribution channels and protection requirements. For arrays and batteries, include the proposed thermal conditions and any known radiation environment.

Define quantities, schedule and verification

State prototype and flight-unit quantities, target review dates and the required delivery window. Identify the tests, certificate scope, drawings and acceptance records your organization needs. Ask which documents are available for the selected model and which requirements need a separate qualification plan. Availability, pricing, lead time and sample terms require a project-specific response.

Submit the form or use the published email

The form asks for your name, work email, company, requirement type, message and privacy consent; phone is optional. Use a concise initial summary. The current form does not accept attachments, so request an agreed document-transfer method for drawings or larger files. You may also contact fuximarketing@ghsolar.cn. Please send technical correspondence in English or Chinese.

After you submit

A confirmation means your inquiry has been recorded for the team to review. Keep a copy of your requirements and contact details for follow-up. The team can then discuss the configuration, requested documentation and quotation details with you. If the form reports a failure, email fuximarketing@ghsolar.cn and mention that you are resending the same inquiry.

Handle confidential material separately

Do not include confidential drawings or restricted project data in an initial public-web form. First agree the appropriate contact, confidentiality terms and transfer channel. The website privacy policy describes the inquiry-data handling relevant to the form; review it before consenting.
